No, we’ll simply keep your card number in our secure system. If you fail to show up or cancel late (i.e. less than 72 hours before check in) then the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount as per original reservation.
The Hotel Pesaro Palace is about 1km from Santa Lucia Station in the heart of the Cannaregio district. It’s a pleasant stroll or four stops on the water bus.
Standard check in time is after 2 pm while we ask guests to vacate by noon. These times are flexible so please contact us if you’d like to make special arrangements.
